Pascal Mineau’s journey began in Touraine, where childhood holidays at his grandparents’ farm sparked a deep appreciation for food, wine, and the simple pleasures of life. At 30, he returned to France to launch his own tourism enterprise, combining his expertise in fine dining with a vision for cultural, gastronomic, and immersive journeys.
